If there were no rules, maybe people may have the freedom to do whatever they want to do. Example of the rule is the traffic rules. If there were no traffic rules, there might be a possibility that drivers and riders will abuse whenever they're driving. And if this will happen, there will be more accidents that will happen.
And the rules in school. If there were no rules and regulations in school, maybe students will disrespect the different personnels who are working in the school. And it will cause different gambling and beating inside and outside the campus whenever they like or maybe do some cutting classes. And the rule of the strict observance of throwing garbages. If there were no rule like this, there might be a possibility that our country or nation will have a pile of garbages everywhere and will cause pollutions. If there were no rules, everytjing will change and will lead to dangerous ways. So it is really important to have rules.
